A Splashing Birthday Celebration at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge with Toddlers! πŸŽ‰πŸž️

Hello, fellow Disney-loving parents! 🌟

Looking for the perfect family getaway at Disney with your toddler? Join us on an unforgettable adventure as my 18-month-old and I celebrate a special birthday at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This magical destination offers everything you need for a toddler-friendly, water-filled extravaganza. Let’s dive in!

Discovering the Toddler’s Paradise by Geyser Bar and Grill 🌊

Our adventure begins at the newly added children’s play area next to the Geyser Bar and Grill. While the main pool was bustling with activity, we found solace in the separate gated toddler pool. Shaded spots for our stroller and belongings made our setup a breeze.

Water Fun Galore for Tiny Adventurers! 🏊‍♂️🌞

The toddler pool is a treasure trove of aquatic fun, featuring not one but two water slides. Although my little one was too small for the covered slide, she adored the open water slide—a thrilling experience that echoed with her joyful giggles. Older kids can revel in streams of water and buckets pouring from play equipment above. Please note that younger tots may find this overwhelming, but lifeguards are on duty for safety.

Geysers and Delightful Surprises! πŸ’¦πŸŒ‹

Behind the children’s play area, we stumbled upon an unexpected wonder—geysers sporadically erupting, sending bursts of water into the air. This captivating display fascinated my daughter and added a touch of magic to our day.

Cooling Off in the Big Pool 🌊

Before saying goodbye to this aquatic paradise, we couldn’t resist a dip in the large pool conveniently located in front of the children’s play area. Refreshingly cool, it’s a great spot to unwind, although shaded seating can be limited. I effortlessly navigated the pool while keeping my toddler close.

Our day at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge was an absolute birthday delight! This destination is perfect for families with toddlers, offering a secure, entertaining, and refreshing escape from the Florida sun. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits, sunscreen, and a spirit of adventure as you set out for this hidden gem, creating unforgettable family moments.
